Now this was some of the things he had expected on the way. He recognized not a single face among them all, which meant all the more reason to go all out. Rushing on in, he brandished his blade and in a quick flourish of steel felled the first brigand. First blood and all that jazz after all.

Thor couldn't just rush in like Rain had. After all, too many axemen could mean the end of him. He knew fighting the swords would fare well in his favor, but not all of the brigands. Hopefully Rain was fine through this wave and then he would charge in for the following one.

The brigand bypassed Rain as he was surrounded by several others, each coming down upon him with their own form of weapon as the brigand came down upon Thor with axe in hand. Little did they know, that another was slowly advancing his way along to get inside of the place too.

So far so good there though. He had taken down the lot of them with ease, heading back to go and assist Thor in his present situation too. While Thor had the upper hand here no doubt, he felt it better if he removed this brigand and let Thor handle the swordsman who was heading down next. After that, they could see about handling whatever else came their way.

Those axemen were tough for himself, but he had managed through it. Moving on and to the myrmidon, he thrust his lance out and ended it in one fell swoop. Not much difficulty to it, some would say. Now who else could be attacking? He doubted that any of them were the leader given their lack of any real talent. That meant that eventually they would find out who was, and have to finish this already.

'Completing her usual tour at least of the skies, she had taken to heading a bit further out than she normally would have. Well, that was fine sometimes at least to help get her route familiarized with the changes. What she saw was a sea skirmish instead on her way back, having taken to watching from the sidelines at first. From the looks of it, the other boat had crashed into them, and because of this the fighters on the ship, which appeared to just be two, had engaged the enemy. They had done fairly well, but the archer looked like he could be a bit skilled for just the two of them. Strength in numbers after all. She would give a warning to the others or at least a hello, but how about saving the formalities for afterward? Patting her partner on the side of the head, the pegasus took on to heading over to the archer, loosening her lance and taking her shot at him, hopefully catching him by surprise too no less.'

That archer had the advantage in the fact that even if he had gone down to try and face the man, he couldn't get in range to strike him. Of course, that didn't matter as much with the next turn of events. Someone came and made up for the fact that he couldn't, a Pegasus Knight who was aiming to likely take the guy down before he could take her down. Well, that made her an obvious ally then.

Thor didn't have to be told twice, taking off and heading straight for the archer. Striking out with his lance, he was disappointed to see he didn't land a critical blow to the man. Things were looking bad at this rate, grunting as a result. Hopefully he was the one picked instead of the knight who came to their aid.

This wasn't normally part of her rounds, but she noticed something off and had to go investigate it. What she found though was interesting to say the least, a new land apparently owned by someone yet not but Etruria. It was something she thought to go and tell her family about, but then she saw how the fighting was going down there. It was easy to tell the two sides apart and piece together how the situation went down, and perhaps given that they were headed in the same direction that they had information about the place she had seen. Her partner swooping down with her, she struck with her lance in an instant, aimed to finish what had been started.

Thor glared when he saw the two fallen. So he had taken out the captain and the priest when they were distracted? He did the reckless charge this time, moving forward and striking with his lance, catching the man once before the axe struck him in return, noticing the lack of a fatal stroke. It wouldn't be constant, but it was certain enough to be noticed by everyone else too.

It was something to take note of. The man was too strong to be defeated easily, so it was certainly something they would have to take care together. Seeing that he didn't defeat the soldier with a strike that looked like it should have, it gave them something to go off of, soaring over and thrusting out twice with her own lance. Hopefully, they managed to take him down before he corrected himself. She had been struck too when the man had attacked too, grunting afterward. It was difficult to deal with such an opponent honestly.

This was troublesome again. A Berserker out of nowhere, but at this rate they were going to be routed. Heading over to attack on the offense now as well, he lashed out with his own sword, not caring for the man's intentions and take him down. So long as he was taken down, they had a clear shot to finish here and now. Good point though to be taken in was the fact that they were going to be in trouble without the captain. How were they going to land exactly? His thoughts distracted him, getting struck like the others by the axe before he lashed out again. This was gonna be close....
